As a Bank (zero hours) Registered Nurse at Corserv Care, Trefula House care home, you’ll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve. As a Registered Nurse you’ll have the autonomy to deliver excellence across everything that you do, and you will be truly valued and respected by the team.
As a bank staff member you will be able to pick and choose your times and days of work to support the current nursing team.

About us
Trefula House is a Nursing home with, providing personal care and support for up to 28 people. It is divided into 2 areas, which comprise of a 20 bed dementia unit and a further 8 bed unit on the ground floor. The team work together across both areas.
As part of our home management team, you will have overall management of your shift, helping the home and staff maintain the highest quality standard of care and customer service. You will play a vital role in the management, development and motivation of your team, coaching and developing them to high performance and helping the home create an inclusive and positive environment where our residents can thrive.
Your job will be to
Creating personalised care plans
Meeting the clinical needs of our resident’s and supporting/ mentoring the care team to deliver the best outcomes.
Medication administration, storage and ordering.
Adhering to NMC guidelines and company policies.
About You
Current and unrestricted NMC registration.
Right to work in the UK
Good communication skills
Previous care home experience preferable
Our offer to you
Salary: £20.54 per hour
Working Hours: Days shifts and Night shifts are available 12.25 shifts with paid breaks.
Contract Type: Permanent Zero hours per week (Supply contract)
