The Homeless Service Key Worker will be flexible and proactive in managing a caseload of individuals experiencing homelessness and/or complex needs; providing individualised, strengths-based support within the Psychologically Informed Environments and Trauma Informed Care frameworks.
Full- and part-time positions are available in the Camborne-Redruth and Helston areas; shifts are arranged on a rota basis and includes evenings and weekends.
This role pays circa £20,500 per annum (pro-rated for the part-time positions).

Our purpose-built facility for Coastline’s Homeless Service in Pool transforms lives by providing everything they need on one site, including overnight crisis accommodation, a doctors’ surgery, and a community hub with space for partner organisations.
Essential Skills:A full driving licence and enhanced DBS check are required for these positions.
