Kitchen Assistant – Pengover

Salary Expectation – £9.50 per hour

Main Duties:

  • To carry out any duties as directed by the kitchen staff including the preparation of vegetables and light snacks ensuring excellent standards of hygiene
  • Follow a daily/weekly cleaning programme
  • Assist with receipt of deliveries, storage and stock rotation.
  • To ensure that all equipment correctly used and COSHH data analysis sheets are followed


  • Basic Food Hygiene and basic food preparation certificates.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Friendly, professional, confident, honest and reliable
  • Ability to work whilst ensuring privacy, equality, dignity and respect for clients.
  • A good knowledge of health and safety procedures
