Location: Camelford
Elderly lady who enjoys quilting, painting, knitting and reading seeks a kind and empathetic carer to assist her with day-to-day life. The lady has a diagnosis of Dementia, Osteoarthritis, Type 2 Diabetes, Cataracts and Asthma.
Tasks / duties involved
· Cleaning i.e. bedding
· Companionship
· Accessing community
Hourly rate of pay: £10.00
Total hours:
Week 1 – 1 hour cleaning and 2 hours accessing community
Week 2 – 1 hour of cleaning
Essential:
– A kind and caring approach, someone who adapts to the needs of the person they support
– Full driving license
Desirable
– Level 2 or 3 in Adult social care
***Please be aware that due to a potential change in needs for the lady, this may be short-term***
