Bank/Supply Support Workers and Bank/Supply Community Support Workers (opportunities available across Cornwall)*
Corserv Care is a Cornwall Council owned non-profit company, dedicated to improving the quality, capacity and resilience of the care market in Cornwall.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting and assessing individuals within their own homes.
Structuring personal reablement plans tailored to their lives.
Supporting service users to access community opportunities.
Working with families, healthcare professionals and occupational therapists.
Prescribing and arranging equipment and assistive technology.
Supporting service users with their daily living skills. Including personal care, meal preparation & housekeeping.
What we will offer you:
£12.00 per hour for Support Worker (no experience required, full training and continuous development provided, job shadowing, team support, 1:1 supervisions and annual Appraisals, opportunity to achieve qualifications, career pathway).
£13.00 per hour for Senior Support Worker (previous experience required).
Mileage Allowance: 45p per mile.
Time & half enhancement on Bank Holiday’s.
Guaranteed Payment of your Contracted Hours: Yes, that’s right, you read correctly! You are always paid for a full shift, even in the event of a client cancellation. This includes travel, and contact time, for a consistent and worry-free hourly rate.
If you wish to change to a more fixed working pattern, then it is likely that permanent fixed hours will be available. A choice of various rotas depending on your needs. Flexible shifts patterns available – AM’s only, PM’s only, Weekends only or even a combination. You will have a regular Week A/Week B rolling rota to help promote a healthy work-life balance, and for ease of mind.

Equipment: A full uniform, full PPE provided, work SMART phone, and lone working device.
Annual Leave: 31 days (including Bank Holidays). This is pro-rata for part time and bank working patterns.

West Cornwall – Positions available : Camborne, Penzance, Redruth, Helston, Hayle, St Ives, Porthleven, St Just, Portreath, Mullion.
