These roles are personally assisting somebody to achieve their goals, gain independence and/or manage their daily lives; These will be self-funded by the family or person, or they may receive a Direct payment from Cornwall council. *

Location: Near Praa Sands

Easy-going gentleman who loves Formula 1 seeks a patient and hard-working personal assistant to support him with all aspects of home living. He is disabled at one side, is a wheelchair user when outside of the house and has a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia.

Support required:

·       Medication management

·       Household domestics

·       Shopping

·       Support with morning routine

·       Personal care

·       Driving to appointments

·       Meal preparation

Hourly rate of pay: £11

Hours per week: 30

Schedule: 5 days a week – 6 hours a day or 6 days a week – 5 hours a day

10am start – can be split shift or full day – can be negotiated during the interview stage

Essential:

·       Experience in care and managing medication

·       Must be over 25 to use mobility vehicle

·       Driving Licence

·       Valid DBS
