Website Green light Switched on Care
Green Light’s mission is ’empowering people to lead a lifestyle they’re proud of’. This is what we love doing. Would you like to join us and work towards this goal each day too?
From day one, Green Light has been committed to recruiting quality team members with the right values. The kind of caring, creative people we want to work with ourselves. The kind of person we’d want supporting our own loved-ones. This approach, consistently applied, by our longstanding recruitment team, means we now have strong, capable teams providing quality care and support from homely homes in great locations across Cornwall, 24/7. Needless to say, these teams now see incredible achievements – big and small – every day.
We now have a reputation to live up to, and a growing demand for what we do. And, whilst we are prepared to grow to meet demand, we continue to do so, only while staying true to our original recruitment strategy.
