We have vacancies for Care Assistants in the community in the following areas:
We are looking for compassionate, motivated and keen people to provide professional care. If you have previously worked in the retail sector you will have already gained the relevant people skills.
We provide care between the hours of 7am and 10 pm, 7 days a week with various shift patterns within these hours to try to suit your availability.
All of our Carers work alternate weekends.
We supply all of our Staff with full PPE.
As a Community Care Assistant you will join an enthusiastic and dedicated team and your role will involve:
- Personal care
- Sitting services
- Taking the Customers out for social events etc.
We aim to give you plenty of time for travel and while the area that we cover is very large you will normally only be expected to work within 15 miles of your home unless mutually agreed
- Excellent rates of pay: £10.50 normal – £10.75 with NVQ
- We pay £9.50 an hour while you train.
- Mileage & Travel time paid @ 58p a mile
- Pain Induction & Training
- Regular Supervision & Support

- Full training available from basic training through to Diploma certificated training
Be committed, caring and compassionate and keen to provide professional high quality care
Be reliable and trustworthy
Be able to work on your own initiative or part of a team
Be NVQ/QCF/Diploma Level 2 qualified - if you have not, we can help you obtain this with our in-house trainers
Previous experience is preferred but not essential
Have the use of a mobile phone
Working alternate weekends and some evenings will be a requirement
