Kinship Connect Ltd

We have brilliant opportunity for 3 CARE Support Workers, to join our Gunnislake, Callington and Calstock team, Monday to Friday.

And the best part is, that you don’t have to work 5 days, if you only want to work one or two days or one or two evenings, that’s fine.

However, if you would like either 5 mornings, 5 evenings or a mixture of both, that’s great! We can accommodate you.

Our morning runs are approximately 7am-2.30pm and the evening runs are approximately 4pm-9.30pm. Availability for the full shift time is important.

We are a genuinely friendly, independent CARE Company, locally owned and based in Tavistock. We have been running for over 5 years now and due to expansion, we are looking for reliable, kind and caring individuals to join our team of CARE Support Workers.

A good sense of humour is really important along with the ability to use your own life experiences to connect with the People We Support.

You will be helping the People we Support to live a happy and comfortable life in their own home, while delivering high standards of personal care.

You will be required to drive to the People We Support, so we ask that you have your own reliable car and a full UK licence.

So, if you are naturally kind and caring and would like to make a real difference to people in your local community and you are available for these times, please do email or call us today on 07881 757951 to speak to Chloe, our Business Support Manager.

Even if you are only interested in working one or two shifts, please do get in touch.

  • Full training, Induction and on going support from our caring Management Team
  • £10 per hour
  • PLUS mileage paid at 45ppm
  • PLUS Travel time paid at £10 per hour
  • Refer-a friend-bonus of £250
  • 28 days holiday per year (Pro-Rata).

Make a real difference in YOUR local community.

We are proud to be both a Living Wage Employer and a Mindful Employer and we are also committed to providing a workplace that ensures inclusion and diversity.

So, if you would like to start your career with Kinship Connect, please apply today!

Please note, you must be over 18, have a car and a full UK licence (as you will be driving to the houses of the People we Support)
