Location: Camborne, Cornwall
Female PA support is needed for a lady in Cornwall, caring for 2 children at home. This person is about to undergo an operation and will have reduced mobility for a period, yet to be determined, during post op recovery. Accessibility at home is not very good, which will limit day to day activities and access to neighbourhood.
Tasks / duties involved
· Mainly support with personal care, including bathing and washing
· General household and cleaning duties due to limited mobility
· Supporting access to community as necessary
Hourly rate of pay: £10.50 p/h
Total hours per week: 7 hours, days, and times to be arranged
Essential
– A proactive and caring approach, willing to adapt to the needs of the person you are supporting.
– An understanding and willingness to support someone with long term health conditions requiring pain management, and some degree of anxiety
– Full driving licence
– Enhanced DBS check
Desirable:
– Level 2 or 3 in adult social care
Offers of employment may be subject to DBS check.
