We are seeking an experienced support worker with a driving license and access to their own vehicle. An interest in empowering others and getting out and about in the community. Supporting clients to take part in volunteering and activities which are personal to them. Service Areas supporting clients in: Helston, Penzance and Redruth.
We are happy to be flexible and work with you around weekly hours offering: bank, part-time and full-time contracts.
You will predominantly work with one client per day, on the odd occasion two on a long day – with each shift with that person being 4-6 hours. You will be joining existing staff teams and as a team weekend shifts are shared by all. These are scheduled in advance and over a 2 week rota period.

Please note – we are not able to provide sponsorship/Visa supported positions – But can explore roles for those residing under dependants.
All applicants must reside within a short commuting distance of the service areas required.
