An opportunity has arisen within our team at Perran Bay Care Home, so we are on the lookout for an experienced, kind, caring and empathetic individual to help lead our day team and support our residents.
As a Duty Manager, first and foremost, you will help our residents to remain well and live life. You will work with kindness and compassion, ensuring everyone receives the right care, at the right time and tailored to them. You will lead a team of Care Assistants to ensure that people’s needs and wishes are always met.
About you
You must have experience of working in a care setting, caring for older people, and have, or be willing to work towards, an NVQ/Diploma Level 3 Health & Social Care. Some supervisory experience would be an advantage.
We can provide you with all the support you need, we do ask that you have a big heart and a positive attitude though!
