💙 The Role: Supported Living Care Worker
As a Supported Living Care  Worker, you’ll be more than just support — you’ll be a vital part of someone’s journey towards living their best life. You’ll be working in supported living environments, helping individuals thrive at home and in the community.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care, assistance with meals, medication support, and other daily living needs
  • Build positive relationships with the people you support and their families
  • Encourage independence and help individuals achieve personal goals
  • Support social engagement including holidays, outings, hobbies, and events
  • Promote equality, dignity, and respect in every aspect of care

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in care is preferred but not essential – we offer full training and support
  • Positive, compassionate, and committed to making a difference
  • A team player ready to work with a skilled and supportive team in Cornwall
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
  • A UK driving licence is preferred, but not required
