Team Leader Role
Due to expansion, we have a vacancy for a team leader.
Starting from £29,000 per annum, paid hourly. Plus enhancements for weekends and bank holidays.
This is a full time position, part time may be considered for the right candidates who meet the requirements. Including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
The role includes, but not limited to:
Supporting our clients remain independent within their own homes
Supporting with some office duties
On call
Supporting with onboarding of new team members

About you:
Must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
Driving license essential
Experience in previous role preferred, but not essential
Willingness to learn and complete any training required of the role

Available to work various shifts between the hours of 7am – 10pm weekdays, weekends and bank holidays

Schedule:
Every other weekend
Shifts range from 7am starts to 10pm finishes.
Some shifts 4hrs, 5hrs, 6hrs, 7hrs, 8hrs, 13hrs, 15hrs. Range of shifts client dependent.
