A creative and resilient lady in Hayle is looking for a kind and supportive PA to help her build confidence and independence. She’d like support with daily routines, getting back into cooking, and enjoying activities in the community. She has a passion for arts and crafts, gardening, reading and foraging, so someone who enjoys similar hobbies would be a bonus!
The ideal PA will be patient, empathetic and reliable, with a positive approach to encouraging independence. A driver is preferred to support community outings.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Support with establishing new routines
✔ Encouragement to engage in their interests
✔ Accompanying and assisting in the community
✔ Assist with cooking nutritious meals
Essential Requirements:
Great communication skills
Relevant Training/Qualifications
Eligibility to work in the UK
Flexibility & adaptability to adapt to changing demands or unexpected situations.
DBS Check, references and standard training (can be provided free)
Data Protection and Confidentiality – follows UK GDPR regulations
Full driving licence, access to a vehicle + business cover (if applicable)
