About Glassmoon Services
Glassmoon Services specialises in providing human-centred, specialist services that support young adults and adults with autism and/or learning disabilities to live their best lives, in their own homes, within their communities. Every day, we work to create environments where people can thrive with meaning and fulfilment, making a positive social impact one life at a time.
Our approach is trauma-aware, experience-sensitive, and non-pathologising. We place human rights, social inclusion, and community at the heart of everything we do. We support people to transition out of long-term institutionalised settings and work proactively to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions in the first place. With a 24/7 Team Around the Person approach, we collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams (MDTs) of health and social care professionals to provide bespoke, high-acuity support that empowers people to live in their own homes, not hospitals.
We know that exceptional care and support begins with the wellbeing and purpose of our colleagues.

Our Culture
At Glassmoon Services, inclusion, wellbeing, and purpose are inseparable. We want every colleague to feel welcomed, respected, and valued, free to show up as their authentic selves. We curate trusting relationships, which empower our teams to be bold, creative, and fully committed to our work.
We use evidence-led frameworks such as PERMA (Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishment) and the Glassmoon Pathway of Life to guide the care and support we provide. These tools help us connect past experiences, current contexts, and future aspirations, for the People We Support and for our teams.
Be Part of Someone’s Story
Specialist care is both rewarding and challenging. It takes empathy, patience, and courage to stand up for the rights and dignity of those who cannot always advocate for themselves. At Glassmoon Services, your role is an opportunity to change the system for everyone by changing the world for one person at a time.
