Help At Home Care Service provides exceptional care and support to adults aged 65 years and over.  We are registered with the Care Quality Commission in the categories of  Personal Care, Caring for adults over 65 years old, Dementia, Mental Health Conditions, Physical Disabilities and Sensory Impairments.  Due to our management structure and wonderful carers we have gained an enviable reputation in the industry. We achieve this by promoting independence, dignity and quality of life for all our service users ensuring that they remain living fulfilling lives in their own homes.

Our carers are caring they compassionate they go through our rigorous recruitment process before joining our team.  This includes vetting via the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).  They also complete all mandatory training and have regular updates.  We encourage our carers to further their careers within the Health and Social Care Sector.  As a company we are very supportive of our staff, ensuring that they have a good work life balance.  This we achieve by offering flexible working hours, excellent pay and working conditions and our management team is always at the end of the telephone to offer support if needed.
