Our Local Vision is to Improve and Professionalise the Experience of Working in Care in Cornwall. At Home Instead we recognise this is by far the biggest challenge care faces and we are determined to improve the role for our Care Team and lead the way in raising standards and expectations.

Care Leaders and politicians will talk about funding, costs and capacity. Not us, we want to improve our Care Professional role in every way possible. In real ways that make a positive difference to the people who work for us.

We will continually improve pay and rewards. We are investing in our Care Professional training and development and we are improving shift patterns to help with work/life balances.

We have guaranteed  hours contracts. We pay Travel Allowance for the structure 15 minute gaps between our 1 hour visits so no rushing. We pay mileage at 45p a mile over the 1st 10 miles in a day.

As a Care Professional with Home Instead, you will be properly introduced to any new client you help and we use shadow visits to build experience and confidence.
