Support Worker (Learning Disabilities & Autism)
Location: Supported Living Services across Cornwall (St Austell, Truro, Camborne, Redruth, Penzance, Helston, Falmouth)
Pay: £12.50 – £15.50 per hour
Hours: 18.5 – 37.5 per week (Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Volunteer, Permanent)
About the Role
Saint Paul’s Healthcare Ltd is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our caring team. You will provide essential support to individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism in our supported living services, promoting independence, dignity, and a better quality of life.
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate care and support to residents
Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal care, and medication administration
Keep accurate records and documentation
Support individuals to access the community and live fulfilling lives
Requirements
Minimum of 6 months UK care experience
Mandatory Healthcare Training (eLearning and Practical)
Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
Enhanced DBS Certificate
Full UK Driving Licence (beneficial but not essential)
