Lavender Court is one of our largest Residential Care Homes, situated in Perranporth in a beautiful location, overlooking the boating lake with views of the sea. Lavender Court is a purpose built modern and spacious building which provides a dementia friendly environment.
As a company we are hugely supportive of our staff: we pride ourselves on our high-quality training plan which includes lots of Face-to-Face courses and developmental opportunities through to Dip 7. You will have regular, recorded and protected 1:1 supervision with your line manager and you will receive peer to peer support from colleagues.

Ideally you will have experience of working with older people in a social care setting but we are also keen to talk to you if you are new to care, have a passion for looking after people and a good understanding of the needs of people with dementia.
