Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate care and support to residents during the night shift, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities as outlined in individual care plans.
Monitor and document residents’ health and well-being, reporting any changes to senior staff.
Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with residents and team members, fostering a supportive atmosphere.

You’ll be part of a dedicated team of 3 staff members caring for 32 residents, ensuring quality care and manageable workloads.
