About the role
Working in our friendly team, you’ll support and enable three people with a learning disaiblity to live life to the fullest, indulging their passions and promoting independence. Music, cinema, animals and visiting family are just some of the things enjoyed at home and in the community.

About you
You’re considerate, committed, resilient and respect people’s differences. Empathetic, you adapt your approach to individuals’ needs, have good communication skills and a positive, patient approach. You can build professional relationships and have a ‘can-do’ attitude. All support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service to the people we support including evenings and weekends.
You have the option of working additional hours (£10.50 – £10.73 p/h) or sleep-ins at £60 extra per sleep-in, in a range of services.
Successful applicants for this role will require an enhanced DBS check.

Operating across southern England and London, support is provided by a widely dispersed workforce, including public spaces and the homes of the people we support.
