What You’ll Do

Provide personal care and support to clients in their daily activities.
Assist with mobility and daily living tasks including meal preparation, medication management, and personal hygiene.
Foster a supportive and encouraging environment to promote independence and well-being.
Build positive relationships with clients and their families.
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalised care plans.

What We’re Looking For

·         Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.

·         Previous experience in care or support work is essential.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Flexibility to work various pre-agreed shifts, including some weekends and some weekend days if        required.

·         Relevant certificates, (e.g., First Aid, Manual and Patient Handling, Basic Life Support, completion of the Care Certificate and/or Diploma in Health and Social Care ) are required.

11. Need to be a UK driver and hold a UK driving license

Essential Skills:

Essential Qualifications:
1. Education - a minimum of a secondary school GCSE level 5 or above.
2. Caregiver certification - Completion of a recognised Care Certificate, Manual Handling, First Aid and Medication awareness.
3. Background Checks - Passing a criminal record check to ensure safety and trustworthiness.
4. First Aid and CPR Certification - Certification must be shown.
5. Experience - Previous experience in a caregiving role is required.
