At Home Instead we provide the highest quality of relationship led care for older people in their own homes.
We provide full and ongoing training with City and Guilds accredited Dementia and EoL training. We introduce all new Caregivers to the people they look after and make extensive use of shadow visits to build confidence and skills. Our office team provide full support to enable you to give the highest quality of care.
We schedule and pay 15 minute gaps between our minimum 1 hour visits so there is time to care and no rushing.
Our clients usually range from 4-5 hours a week to 1 – 3 hour visits a day, mainly single handed. Our care can be a cup of tea and chat, to trips out and as needs rise more specialised Dementia Care and help with washing and dressing. We can look after clients right through to End of Life of care if they wish to stay at home.
We have guaranteed minimum hours contracts available from 12, 16, 21, 25 and 30 hours a week.
