You’ll need excellent listening skills and a hands-on, caring approach to thrive in this role. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve helping individuals make choices about their lives, delivering a personalized service tailored to their needs, and always striving for the best possible outcomes.
But this isn’t just any job – you’ll be assisting our clients in living independently, undertaking a variety of tasks such as companionship, shopping, personal care, attending appointments, budgeting/finances, accessing the community, facilitating social engagement, attending health appointments, light cleaning, promoting wellbeing, and maintaining connections with family and friends. Your contribution will truly make a difference.
We offer flexible care packages throughout the week and weekends. And because you’ll be out and about, a Full Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle are essential, Don’t worry though, you’ll be compensated for your travel time and expenses.
