What You’ll Be Doing: As a Reablement Worker your role is crucial. You will be the first point of contact for individuals leaving the hospital, providing essential care that helps them get back on their feet. From personal care to medication administration, you’ll be a vital link in their journey to independence. This is a role that requires compassion, great communication, and a desire to make a difference every single day.

What We Ask for:

  • You need an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or 2 years’ experience.
  • You need a full, clean driving licence and your own vehicle.
  • You need excellent communication skills.
  • You need a desire to support people to progress.
