Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- To support and empower vulnerable people to live the life they have chosen for themselves
- To provide age appropriate & dignified support consistent with individual choices and aspirations
- To provide personal care where required, in accordance with current best practices
- To maintain care skills at a current level and undertake training
- To assist with preparing rotas
- To fulfil on-call duties
Job Requirements:
- Level 2/3 Health and Social Care Qualification
- Experience in Health and Social Care
- Highly motivated and driven
- Committed to positively impacting the lives of the vulnerable people we support
- Good interpersonal skills
- A flexible approach to work and a good team worker
- Hold a valid UK driving licence and access to a car
