A creative lady in the Hayle area is looking for a kind and supportive PA to support her to regain her confidence and get back her independence. She is looking for support with creating and maintaining new daily routines, getting back into cooking and accessing the community. They are on the Autism Spectrum, have Bi-Polar Disorder and have lived through trauma.
The ideal PA would be kind, empathetic and able to work patiently with the client. The client has a variety of interests like arts and crafts, gardening, reading and foraging, so someone who enjoys similar activities would be a bonus. A driver would be preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Support with establishing new routines
✔ Encouragement to engage in their interests
✔ Accompanying and assisting in the community
✔ Assist with cooking nutritious meals
Essential Requirements:
¨ Great communication skills
¨ Relevant Training/Qualifications
¨ Eligibility to work in the UK
¨ Flexibility & adaptability to adapt to changing demands or unexpected situations.
¨ DBS Check, references and standard training (can be provided free)
¨ Data Protection and Confidentiality – follows UK GDPR regulations
¨ Full driving licence, access to a vehicle + business cover (if applicable)
