Job Opportunity: Employed/Self-Employed Personal Assistant
Please note: This role is a private arrangement with an individual or family seeking support. You will not be employed by Humans Cornwall but will work directly with the individual or their family. The role is funded privately by the family/person or via a Direct Payment from Cornwall Council.
Location: Helston
A lady in the Helston area is looking for a patient and supportive Personal Assistant to assist with accessing the community. She enjoys activities such as swimming, local walks, and stopping for coffee.
Responsibilities:
Activity planning
Supporting community access
Light household tasks
Providing companionship
Rate and Hours:
Hourly Rate: £12.00 per hour (employed) / £14.72 per hour (self-employed)
Hours per Week: 4 hours
Schedule: Flexible
Essential Criteria:
Patient, caring, and supportive nature
Eligibility to work in the UK
Public Liability Insurance (if self-employed)
Valid DBS check
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
