Support Worker – Waking Night
Hourly Rate: £13.30 (Night rate) – £12.30 (Day Rate) +40p Complex Service
Overtime Rate: +£2 on usual hourly rate.
Hours: 18 hours per week*

We are looking for an enthusiastic, resourceful and forward-thinking person and are excited to be recruiting a Support Worker to support B within our service in St. Austell, Cornwall.
About the Role:
‘B’ is a young man in his mid-twenties who likes spending hours on the fairground rides at Camel Creek, bowling, painting and crafting, swimming and being immersed in the sensory experience of the Eden Project. Family is a key part of ‘B’s’ life and supporting and promoting the time he spends with his family is important. Experience and understanding of Autism, delayed development and barriers with communication that can cause distress is desirable but an open, compassionate yet confident approach is essential. “B” is currently supported 2:1 to ensure he can live a fulfilled and meaningful life in a safe way.

Tuesday – 22:00-07:00
