Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a robust training strategy to meet business needs.
Deliver induction and ongoing training for all staff groups.
Ensure compliance with national care standards and legal requirements.
Maintain accurate training records and systems.
Collaborate with management to support staff development and quality care.
Participate in external meetings and contribute to business growth.
Take part in on-call duties on a rota basis.
Essential Criteria:
Health & Social Care qualification (Level 3 or higher).
Excellent communication skills and a supportive, team-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of care sector regulations and standards.
Experience in planning and delivering staff training.
Desirable:
Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) or similar qualification.
Schedule:
Day shifts, Monday to Friday
Weekend availability may be required
