Will I get a qualification?

This is yet to be confirmed. We are aiming to have the programme accredited by a professional body which will result in a leadership/management qualification for those who complete the course.

I haven’t studied for a while/I’m not confident

There are no prior qualifications needed, and you will be supported by the facilitation staff and your peers, as well as the Proud to Care Cornwall team. We are delivering the programme to group who manage the same type of care provision to build that support network from day one.

Is there an assessment or exam?

No. The concept is designed as a series of masterclasses that enable delegates to leave with practical tools, knowledge, and skills to apply to their own workplace.
